What’s the difference between BrightLift and regular botulinum toxin injections?
Regular botulinum toxin injections are injected into your facial muscles to reduce muscle contractions, in turn reducing the appearance of wrinkles at the area of injection.
BrightLift however, sees diluted botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid being injected intradermally (into your skin layer) to result in the overall tightening and lifting of your entire face. The hyaluronic acid injected also has an added effect of restoring your skin’s hydration levels from within.
Does it hurt? Is there downtime?
The series of microinjections will feel like tiny pricks on the skin, but the local anaesthetic applied prior to your treatment will reduce the prickly sensations you might feel.
There is minimal to no downtime expected with BrightLift: some might see minor injection marks, facial redness, or slight swelling, but this should subside within a few days.
